 Vienna has once again been named the world's most livable city out of 221 major cities. The city has a population of around 1.8 million and is growing steadily. Vienna is ranked before Kopenhagen and Melbourne. Public services and transportation, high security and plentiful cultural offerings were among the top ratings.
